Submitting a quote request through our website does not guarantee a reservation. All transportation services are subject to vehicle availability, scheduling confirmation, and final approval by Sunset Limousine Service LLC.

Quotes provided through our website, email, or phone are estimates based on the information submitted at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on:

  • Vehicle selection

  • Date and time requested

  • Total service hours

  • Pickup and drop-off locations

  • Additional stops

  • Add-on services

  • Holiday/event pricing

  • Fuel or travel surcharges if applicable

Reservations are confirmed only after direct communication with our team and receipt of confirmation from Sunset Limousine Service LLC.

A deposit may be required to secure a reservation. Remaining balances may be due prior to or on the date of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Cancellations

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and vehicle reserved. Clients are encouraged to contact Sunset Limousine Service LLC directly regarding cancellations or reservation changes.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations due to severe weather, unsafe driving conditions, vehicle maintenance issues, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, we will work to provide an alternative solution whenever possible.

4. Vehicle Use & Passenger Conduct

For the safety and comfort of all passengers, Sunset Limousine Service LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a reservation without refund due to:

  • Illegal activity

  • Unsafe passenger behavior

  • Excessive damage to the vehicle

  • Smoking in non-smoking vehicles

  • Conduct that threatens the safety of the chauffeur, passengers, or vehicle

The individual booking the reservation is financially responsible for damages caused by members of their party.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sunset Limousine Service LLC is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Road closures

  • Weather

  • Airline delays

  • Mechanical emergencies

  • Circumstances outside of our reasonable control

While we strive to arrive promptly and provide exceptional service, we cannot guarantee arrival times affected by these external conditions.
